Class Photos

In addition to courses for the physics majors, I also teach courses for the pre-health majors and non-science majors (read: scared to death of physics). For many of the students, the prospect of physics is so frightening they put off taking a freshman level course until their senior year (read: do or die situation). So when they actually finish their semester or year of physics, they have a real feeling of relief and accomplishment. Many of them even feel that they "like" physics. To put a sense of closure to their ordeal, and so I can look back and remember these wonderful people, I take a year end photograph of the class. Herein are images of the "survivors" of the introductory physics courses.
