Math Diagnostics and Resources

Both the diagnostic files and the answer files have been password protected. The password for the diagnostic files was included in the e-mail I sent to you. You will need to e-mail me to get the password for the answer files. However, I would like you to work through all of the diagnostics first before e-mailing me. Please take the time to really assess your work and your answers. Part of really knowing a subject is also knowing if you have the right answer to a problem.

I've included a few review sheets, cheat sheets, and tutorial pages below. However, a good way to review your math is to go back to your algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and other math textbooks, and rework the problems. Working problems is by far the best way to review. Just reading through a text or review sheet is of little use. After reviewing your books, if you find that you are still struggling with a few of the problems as you are working through them, or you can't seem to find the proper techniques in your algebra or trigonometry books, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Be careful in the "Calculating Molar Weight" section of the "Measurements" module. Everywhere they have "weight", it really should be "mass". I haven't looked through the whole website yet to see if there are other things to be careful about.
