Creating a Web Page using Netscape Composer

This is a tutorial on creating a fairly uncomplicated fictitious Bill Nye web page using Netscape Composer as a web page editor. The tutorial has step-by-step instructions on how to create a web page with several features common to almost all web pages. The tutorial is broken up into several parts, with each successive step building onto the previous step.
