Distance Learning Endorsement Costs

The DLE comprises 16 hours of graduate credit through the Master of Education program at Westminster College. The School of Education has taken several steps to reduce the cost burden.

• Faculty are seeking grant money in the form of stipends that could be as much as $2000 per participant, depending on the number of participants.
  o The full amount of funds available for stipends will be known by mid-March 2002.
  o Early applicants will be given preference for this form of funding.

• Completing these courses over a single summer at discounts listed above greatly reduces the overall cost of completing a Master of Education degree at Westminster College while also bringing forward graduation at least a year.

* Assuming applicants have not borrowed the maximum allowable.
