FISH By Amy Eggers |
|
The fish commonly found in City Creek Canyon are the Bonneville Cutthroat trout and the rainbow trout. Brown trout have been introduced over the years and have been reproducing. Originally before human settlement of the area, the BonnevilleCutthroat would have been the only native trout species in City Creek. It probably occupied the streams and beaver ponds up and down the nine mile length of the watershed. |
